It is very simple to start using us as your Embroidery Digitizing/Vector Service provider. Please click Order Form/Quote on our website, Fill it up with your requirements and Submit. We will then process your order or quote accordingly. Please don’t forget to fill up Credit Card Payment form with your Order Form. (For New Customers Only).

The file formats that we can accept are:.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .ai, .eps. We prefer a .gif or .jpg because the files are smaller and upload/download faster over the Internet. Any vector artwork like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand etc. needs to have text converted to curves or outlines, otherwise the fonts you send may not be the fonts we receive.

We like to provide all of our customers with outline files via the POF format. Using a free program from Pulse called Ambassador you can make simple size/color edits and export into anyone of these formats: PSF, PCH, PES, PEC, SEW, EXP, CSD, PUM, ARC, DSZ, DST, DSB, JEF, PCM, PCS, XXX, HUS, EMB. Other formats we can provide that Ambassador may or may not export: emb, cnd, dst, exp, dsb, dsz, u??, ksm, t01, t03, t04, t05, t09, t10, t15, esl, xxx, art, amt, dak, dmt, jan, jmt, sew, jef, hus, pes, pec, pcs, pcd, pcq, csd, em. Our turnaround time is 24 to 72 hours. Usually it is much quicker than that. Please note that we are closed Sundays and some holidays.

Invoices are created twice a month. Billing happens around the 20th and 6th of every month via our secure servers and network. Our SSL site certificate is here and is issued by the Thwarte. You may use a credit card or ACH (Bank Draft) to pay for your digitizing services.

We provide detailed invoices for all your jobs via the email. We list the name of the job, date and time submitted, number of stitches, and cost. Invoices are available via email for you to print out. Invoices.

Our prices do include corrections to jobs that we did not do as per the instructions or artwork provided. This assumes that instructions are clear and to the point and the artwork provided is clear, and is acceptable to digitize from. Revisions are deemed changes to instruction listed in the job comments or changes to the artwork provided after the job has been digitized. These changes are charged at $10 a piece.
